He has served as speech consultant to the office of the Mayor of Cleveland, Attorney General of Ohio and the Ohio Court of Appeals. Presently, Ron has established long-term relationships as a speaker, trainer, and team consultant for S.C. Johnson Wax, Bell South, Vail Associates Ski Resorts, GM/UAW Joint Executive Leadership Committee and many other Fortune 500 companies.
He’s the recipient of many awards and honors, including the Martin Luther King Leadership Award, the George Gund Leadership Award, and the prestigious 1997 Telly Award, for the best motivational video program for their video series, “Peak Performance Under Peak Pressure.”
Ron brings a wealth of experience as a former corporate training manager for Fortune 500 companies. He is an author, trainer and motivational speaker. In 1994at the age 31, he was the youngest keynote speaker to address the prestigious Ziff Institutes Annual Conference for Computer Executives.
