Heather Shea is the former President and COO of Tom Peters’ training and consulting firm, as well as Worldwide Director of Marketing for Arthur Anderson and Andersen Consulting. She is now Managing Director with Interim Career Consulting, a pre-eminent human resources consulting firm, and is world-class speaker and published author.Drawing on a distinguished career that includes almost two decades of senior management experience, Heather shows people ways to develop, build and sustain great relationships with passion, heart and soul to increase sales, improve profitability and enhance morale. Her dynamic speaking style stems from her early days in professional theatre at the internationally acclaimed Actors Studio, under Lee Strasberg. Her new book with best selling author Chip Bell is Dance Lessons: Six Steps to Great Partnerships in Business and Life. In Heather’s acclaimed training video, Women’s Millenium, she partners with Tom Peters to address the impact of women in the marketplace.

She received her undergraduate degree in Humanities from the University of South Florida and attended graduate school at Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
