Prior to TEC, Susan was Vice President of The Pace Network, a search firm in Seattle, working with clients such as Microsoft and Washington Mutual. Additionally, Susan has delivered personal and professional development programs for Context Associated, Sportsmind and The Effectiveness Institute. Susan founded Fierce, Inc. in 1999.
